Penny has held senior business development positions in leading multinational organizations. Penny has over 30 years of experience in corporate strategy and management, helping thousands of corporations to start-up, develop, expand, rebrand or transform by offering 360° business consultation and comprehensive training programs. She has been working with clients across a wide range of industries, including human resources, nutrition, dental, educational, petroleum, gold, trading, jewelry, catering and beauty. In 2010s, she focuses on helping traditional enterprises adapt the digital trend.
On the basis of her experience and expertise, Penny was appointed to be a Subject Specialist by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) for two consecutive terms (2006-2012) and engaged to provide a professional perspective in academic accreditation exercises. With more than 30 years of experience in sales, promotion and market expansion, our speaker will share her clients’ cases to inspire you and offer you down-to-earth development strategies.
