Harry is the Founder of Smark Global (Holdings) Ltd., as well as an author, instructor, and public speaker and has over 10 years of experience in IT solutions, website, and game design consulting / development. As a professional e-commerce consultant, Harry has supported thousands of corporations and organizations across Hong Kong and Mainland China to expand their business locally and overseas through digital means.
Harry received his bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce from City University of Hong Kong and master’s degree in Knowledge Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has made frequent speaking appearances at various industry events including Google Workshops, PayPal Seminars, HKJMA Workshops and Smark Global Academy Courses. He was also a lecturer of Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education.

Jacky is currently the Digital Marketing Specialist of Smark Global. He works closely with more than 100 organizations and businesses across various industries, which he managed plenty of digital projects for jewellery, finance, retail industry and so on.
He has experience offering tailored digital marketing solutions across marketing mediums such as search engine, display network and social media, and has proven track records of successful projects. He has participated in more than HK$1,000,000 of advertising costs in different companies.
He has also participated in the company's online marketing courses. As a lecturer, he has run more than 80 lectures and trained more than 150 SMEs.
LANGUAGE
The training is conducted in Cantonese, supplemented with English terminology, if applicable.
