Harry is the Founder of Smark Global (Holdings) Ltd., as well as an author, instructor, and public speaker and has over 10 years of experience in IT solutions, website, and game design consulting / development. As a professional e-commerce consultant, Harry has supported thousands of corporations and organizations across Hong Kong and Mainland China to expand their business locally and overseas through digital means.
Harry received his bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce from City University of Hong Kong and master’s degree in Knowledge Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has made frequent speaking appearances at various industry events including Google Workshops, PayPal Seminars, HKJMA Workshops and Smark Global Academy Courses. He was also a lecturer of Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education.

Yoky is currently the Assistant Digital Marketing Manager of Smark Global. She works closely with organizations and businesses across various verticals and stages of business lifecycle, which she managed plenty of digital projects for Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, CUHK, Elite Concepts and so on. Yoky has experience offering tailored digital marketing solutions across marketing mediums such as search engine, display network and social media, and has proven track records of successful projects. In 2015, she was invited as a Consultant of HKUST for the research project "Influence of Mobile Showrooming on Consumer Purchasing Behavior and Strategies to Combat Mobile Showrooming".
Yoky gained a BBA degree from HKUST, majoring in Information Systems. Subsequently, she obtained Google AdWords Certification, Google Video Advertising Certification and Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ).
LANGUAGE
The training is conducted in Cantonese, supplemented with English terminology, if applicable.
